Pools in COVID-19 times, your BEST investment

In Los Angeles the weather is already warm enough for swimming pool activities, especially as kids are out of school for a prolonged period of time. The good news: There is no evidence that the Coronavirus Disease 2019, COVID-19, can be spread to humans through the use of pools and hot tubs, states the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

Why is a functional “pool” your best investment in times of COVID-19? While we remain hopeful of an old normal be back, most homeowners are opting for a backyard renovation to offset the mental stress and anxiety caused by staying at home, homeschooling, work from home, etc. It’s been recently announced that proper operation, maintenance, and disinfection (e.g., with chlorine and bromine) of pools and spas should remove or inactivate the virus that causes COVID-19

Regardless of the circumstances, summer is around the corner and we are preparing for it. We don’t know how long this situation would last, but what we definitely know is the commitment that we have with a our community, our clients and their families, we know how important it is now to complete projects efficiently and on time to make sure your family can enjoy a safe, fun and very warm summer. Our promise to you:  we will make sure we accomplish jobs in a timely manner and stick to schedule so you can sit, relax and enjoy! Because bbq’s are better by the POOL!

How are we preparing for the busy season in times of COVID-19? We are fully operational and working 6 days a week and also complying to all of local safety regulations and social distancing. Our crews have been accommodated in groups of 6 employees or less for your convenience.

What is National Pools doing in response to the critical needs and demands from our community? We love to help and we recently donated 150 meals to first responders in two of our local hospitals (Olive View Medical Center and Providence Holly Cross), we also assisted a local non-profit organization by donating 200 hand-made face masks to be distributed to one of the most affected sector; the homelessness community of DTLA.

We can’t wait to shake hands and give hugs, we know better times are coming, thank you very much for trusting our family to deliver “the backyard of your dreams”, and yes! Let’s get it going!!!
